Over the years, Dan has developed a wide variety of experience representing clients in the areas of medical malpractice, wrongful death, serious injury, nursing home neglect and abuse, neglect and abuse of the developmentally disabled, school abuse, premises liability, products liability, automobile negligence, dental malpractice, legal malpractice, other professional liability, insurance coverage, and other miscellaneous negligence based actions. He has tried numerous jury, bench, and arbitration trials in various state and federal courts, and has handled appeals before various state and federal appellate courts.
A trained mediator and arbitrator, Dan served at one time as a volunteer Neutral Case Evaluator for the Fairfax County (Virginia) Circuit Court and was at one time registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution to handle general mediation, arbitration, and early neutral case evaluation.
